Revell - MDD YF-23 A 1:144

This is my next build up.
MDD YF-23 A from Revell in 1:144 scale
A prototype of new generation of jet fighters. Only two where created for tests - Black Widow and Gray Ghost.
My plan is to build first version as a fellow for my Trumpeter YF-23.
Here are some photos...low quality but you can see some details ;)

Millennium Falcon (Fine Molds 1:144) - Complete

This is it. The fastest piece of junk in the Galaxy :)
Finally complete.
The kit is good but it has a few mistakes like flat pipes on hull. But this is 1:144 scale, and this is a real good mold.
About making of...I think that primary colour is good. Not flat gray but mix of sand, white and black.
Also, T think that preshading, scratches and all those paint stains and rusty places are looking good. 
I'm real happy that I completed it :)

Ohhh by the way...no decals included, all masked and painted

Hmmm...holidays incomming:)

I definitely must to glue, not to buy new stuff ;)

First step in building F-22



Nothing special, but it is almost ready to paint.

Millennium Falcon - Fine Molds 1:144 - Making of 2

 Next chapter of making Falcon. I've painted it with first layer of gray, but first on some panels I added some delicate brown places.
Hope it will make good effect at the end :)

 

Also  I've painted cockpit with dark grey, drown on pilot chairs and light gray on cockpit corners.

Fine Molds Millennium Falcon 1:144 - WIP 1

This time in Millennium Falcon build, after putting all parts together, time has come for preshading and for adding some Tie Fighters markers ;) Look at the top and bottom.
I decided to not glue top and bottom disc. I think I can do this any time.

So, this is the end of Berkut kit. One of the est kit in this scale.

I would like to present you preview of my next build in 1:144 scale. F-22 Raptor from Trumpeter. The best kit of this plane on market. It will be a great wingman for YF-23 and opponent to Berkut :)

Cockpit interior I painted to light gray. On this step I decided that it will not be just another Berkut in painting like on box art.


Canopy is on it's place. Ready to mask. Next step...painting. I have an idea, hope you like it...stay tune.

This is my brand new kit from Revell. Build is for my girlfriend ;) Quality of this kit is great. Everything is molded great. All parts match perfectly. It will be a pleasure to build this kit :)

So this is it. Brand new build. Millenium Falcon from Fine Molds in 1:144 scale. When I watch on all those arts I think that this will be a great kit. In the next month I'll try to build some extra cool ;) Star Wars kit. Oh yes, May the Force be with me ;)
